Methodology

Every technology system contains operational patterns that have accumulated over time. Some are effective. Others carry technical and organizational debt. Most contain systematic inefficiencies—manual handoffs, disconnected data sources, duplicate processes.

I begin with comprehensive analysis: what your organization actually does, why it's structured that way, and where friction points create cascading inefficiencies. From this foundation, strategic solutions emerge:

• →Better structure. Many problems are solved by clearer processes, smarter data organization, or a workflow that actually fits your constraints.
• →Smart integration. Connecting tools reduces friction and keeps data in sync without manual work.

I will not recommend wholesale infrastructure replacement. I will not automate processes that run infrequently. I will not adopt technologies because they're fashionable. I focus exclusively on changes that demonstrably improve business outcomes.
